Consultant Obstetrics and Gynacology NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTER (NRC)
Dr. Mohamed Magdy Shafeek was born in 1984, from his early childhood he was raised up to be a doctor, as his father Dr. Magdy Shafeek Salem was a Consultant of Obstetrics and Gynacology, and his mother Dr. Fatma Hashem is the head of pharmacognosy department in the NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTER (NRC).
Dr. Mohamed Magdy Shafeek Graduated from the Misr University of Science and Technology with excellence with honors and obtained the first part of the British Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynacology in 2007.
In 2008, Dr. Mohamed Magdy joined the National Research Center and was promoted to the rank of researcher in the Department of Reproductive Health and Family Planning Research.
Dr. Mohamed Magdy spent his residency at Al-Galaa Teaching Hospital in Cairo from 2007 and obtained a master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynacology from Ain Shams University in 2014.
During that time, Dr. Mohamed Magdy began studying fetal medicine and joined the fetal medicine unit at Cairo University from 2011 to 2019, where he studied under the most famous professors of fetal medicine in Egypt and the Arab world.
Dr. Mohamed Magdy started his working life working with his father at the Dr. Magdy Shafeek’s clinic in Al-Haram, and then he opened more than one clinic in Al-Mohandessin and Al-Sheikh Zayed.
In 2019, Dr. Mohamed Magdy obtained a diploma in fetal medicine from Cairo University, completed his studies by studying Assissted Reproduction, and obtained a diploma in ICSI from Cairo University in 2020, in addition to his primary work as an obstetrician and gynacologist.
